RIP Taylor Hawkins

 I am not a Foo Fighters fan tho i respect Dave Grohl. 

But I became a fan of Taylor Hawkins in the wake of his absurd death. He was just one month over 50, he was on tour, he just played Lolapalozza in Columbia, in Bogota and was supposed to have a next gig in Sao Paolo.  The amount of substance found in his body system is even more absurd :(

Saw the FF's last gig and it's heartbreaking. Listened and watched and read all the mesagges from the music world, all saying what a great guy (and drummer) he was and all missing him and his spirit. 

Bring me Somebody to Love indeed..

And now I just saw Studio 666, the Fighters horror spoof film, their secter project during the pandemic. Uncanny to see Taylor H. there...

William Hurt was just a week shy of being 72. 

a great actor (i don't wanna mention Marvel here) and a troubled soul :(

The Lost Daughter-ar merita Olivia Colman inca un Oscar, poate ia Jessie Buckley...Dan Lautsen la imagine pentru Nightmare Alley? Noul Macbeth? c'mon....Drive My Car la film strain. Sper ca la piesa anului sa ia Billie Ellish pentru No Time To Die.

RIP Ivan Reitman

Ivan Reitman has gone into the Ghostbusters Afterlife....he was supposed to do the sequel to Twins, entitled Triplets :)  

Born in Slovakia, naturalised in Canada. His early stuff tho : Metaballs,Stripes, was fun.Put Schwarzenneger into comedic mode (Junior, Twins, Kindergarten Cop). But he raised to global fame with Ghosbusters (1984) and the GHB franchise. (@who you gonna call?). His son, Jason Reitman, directed (and co-wrote) the new Ghostbusters: Afterlife...

and Legal Eagles (talking about Sidney Poitier....)
