Child 44 e un film pe care eu personal il astept de mult si care este extrem de dezamagitor, chiar dureros de...
bazat pe bestseller de Tom Rob Smith aparut in 2008, e de mult in productie la Scott Free, in ideea ca trebuia facut de Tony Scott
finalmente regizat de suedezul Daniel Espinosa (Snabba Cash) care a facut treaba buna -corecta cu Safe House
50 mil $, filmat in Cehia, production design impecabil
cast de vis: Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Noomi Rapace, Joel Kinnaman, Paddy Considine, Jason Clarke, Vincent Cassel, Charles Dance.
De ex. Gary Oldman e wasted complet si nu intelegi ce cauta in film. Cele mai jenanate sunt accentele, al lui Hardy e pur si simplu penibil, si te deranjeaza, strident, de parca e un semidoct care se chinuie sa interjecteze ceva. Rapace e total necarismatica, miscast.
dar scenariul e praf (desi e semnat de Richard Price), SAU AU FOST probleme SI RESCRIERI SAU ciuntit in POST productie- pt ca e absolut atroce si filmul merge in sus si in jos fara tinta !
* si bineinteles ca dupa ce am sapat adinc, aflu exact ce suspectam: Primul cut al filmului a fost de 5 ore si jumatate !!! Producatorii nu au fost destul de strong se pare si distribuitorul Lionsgate (in SUA) si-a cam bagat picioarele. In Rusia filmul a fost interzis pentru ca ar fi insidios, si ca mistifica adevarul istoric si ii prezinta pe rusii sovietici ca pe niste orci ! Da, se pare ca acolo e inca anul 1953 all over :(
Iata acum a aparut un articol in Deadline, preluat si de the playlist, si imediat o sa fie trecut si la trivia pe imdb. Intre timp am stat si am concotat o cronica mai adevarata, pentru aktual 24.
tare mi-as dori sa vad cut-ul original (exact cum am zis, miniserie era cel mai bine, puteau sa invete din Citizen X ceva), dar si acela fara accentul lui Hardy. Poate ca pe dvd va iesi macar o variant mai lunga si mai inteligibila !

A Warner Bros. presentation. The 4k restoration of Citizen Kane was completed at Warner Brothers Motion Picture Imagery by colorist Janet Wilson, with supervision by Ned Price. The image was reconstructed from three nitrate fine grain master positives as the original camera negative no longer survives. Optical soundtrack "RCA squeeze duplex format."

A Studiocanal presentation. Intermediate film print, 2nd generation of nitrate film (non-existent original negative), scanned in 4K and restored frame by frame in 4K by Deluxe in England. Restoration supervised by STUDIOCANAL.

The Lady from Shanghai (La Dame de Shanghai) by Orson Welles (1948, 1h27)
Presented by Park Circus. Restoration in 4K at Colorworks at Sony Pictures. The nitrate original negative was scanned in 4K at Deluxe in Hollywood before digital restoration, part of the work completed at MTI Film in Los Angeles. Sound restoration sonore at Chase Audio at Deluxe, color grading and DCP prepared by Colorworks.
