Set in the UK, the France-Germany-UK-Spain co-production is in the works at Paris-based SBS Productions (they also have Polanski’s Gods of Carnage in the works with Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly). Productions like this are moving away from U.S. financing due to the limitations of the U.S. market, according to SBS’s Ben Said: “Movies of this kind are very difficult to make today in the U.S. because the U.S. doesn’t have co-productions and the studios are not interested in making them.” The original Love Crime starred Kristin Scott Thomas and Ludivine Sagnier as feuding exes - one of whom ends up murdered by the other. De Palma’s cast is expected to be announced by the start of Cannes this May.

Fiica lui Daniel Gelin, Schneider avea l9 ani pe cind i-a tras-o Brando cu unt ! Zice ea, fara s-o previna, in one take, and that fake ! Eu o stiu din filmul iugosalv din 1981, Sezon de pace la Paris, care a rulat pe ecrane prin '83 si mergeau amicii mai mari sa-l vada, "ca e cu fata din tangoul la Paris". Filmul lui BB l-am vazut alb-negru la video prin 1985 la 15 ani cu un vecin care vroia sa vada p----a si a fost cam dezamagit. Noroc ca anul urmator a aparut 9 1/2 Weeks ! Sa fi auzit atunci howling wolves !

oups, Kubrick-d again ! Locuri destul de comune, din topul alltimebest ! "Anything by Kubrick". Vezi si lista lui Christopher Nolan ! Tarantino macar are gusturi mai eclectice ! Cred ca daca ar fi sa pun vreun Kubrick pe lista mea ar fi The Shining si da, Dr. Strangelove si dupa cred ca respect mai mult Barry Lyndon decit 2001, care mi se pare uninvolving. In schimb nu te-ai astepta la un tip gen Cameron sa zica ceva de Nasul ! Well, Avatar it ain't :-)
