The Punisher is back !

after a stint in the 2nd season of Daredevil, Frank Castle is back on his own series !
1st episode features a mean song by Tom Waits, Hell Broke Luce, (on the hammer scene), from the appropiate (for The Punisher also) titled album, Bad as Me (2011).  iI makes death/industrial scene look & sound like pop wussies.

then we got Metallica''s One and on ep. 12, "Home a bit of bläckout dream before & in between the torture, a highly interesting and unusual song from Paul Weller, You Do Something To Me, from his album, Stanley's Road.1995. I must say I am not a fan of Weller really, or The Jam, but this song sounds like a classic Greg Allman, Bad Company/Paul Rodgers, Bob Seger, you catch my drift piece. Very weird to be included here. So, here it is-fabulous song:

Malcolm Young RIP

Malcolm,Young 2nd man in AC/DC, co-founder of the band in 1973and Angus and George Young's brother gone Today. He was 64. Was battling dementia for a long time. Left the band in 2014 for health reasons.

S-a zis că anul acesta e excepţional pentru horror, cel puţin la capitolul încasări. It, după Stephen King, mega-succes mondial, noi episoade din francize: Annabelle 2, Jigsaw, Leathrerface. dar la fel ca Get Out /Fugi !, Happy Death Day / Zi de naştere mortală este un film original, de data asta amuzant, cu elemente de comedie neagră. Este Groundhog Day / Ziua cârtiţei, varianta horror, după reţeta narativă a comediei clasice din 1993, de Harold Ramis cu Bil Murray în rolul principal. Regizorul Christopher Landon (Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse) se joacă cu convenţiile genului şi actriţa Jessica Rothe ţine filmul pe umerii ei, carismatică, bitchy, sardonică, sexy, victimă sau eroină. Succesul filmului pentru spectator depinde de modul în care empatizează cu ea. Muzica lui Bear McCreary (autorul peisajului sonor al serialului The Walking Dead) este foarte eficiantă şi citează din toate registrele genului. Cea mai bună glumă este din genericul de început, pe logo-ul de la Universal, care pregăteşte senzaţia de deja vu.
