Eli Wallach RIP

Sad again....s-a dus si ultimul mare bandit, Calvera, Tuco...un mare personaj, si un imens actor-Eli Wallach, la 98 de ani. The Ugly...il bruto....
tocmai l-am revazut intr-un rol funny, milionarul Davis Leland in Cum se fura un milion, la Cinemateca Patria.
Ultimul rol, in Wall Street 2 (2010). Tuco,din The Good The Bad and The Ugly, a fost din punctul meu de vedere inspiratia pentru Scrat din Ice Age !Eli Wallach a fost unul din cei mai mari character actors, venit din method...niciun premiu Oscar, doar unul onorific in 2010 (great speech...).

Dupa rolul seminal din The Magnificent Seven (1960), anume Calvera, a fost chemat in Europa in numeroase productii italiene (multe care au rulat la noi la cinema in anii 70-80.v. Salamandra)
